Do you know about - I Have Cured My Type 2 Diabetes - A1c nearby 5 and general Reading in the Low 80's and No Meds!

A1c Test! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes about 10 years ago. At first I just listened to my doctors that told me there was no cure for diabetes and I could treat my diabetes with diet, rehearsal and pills and live a general life. The Doctors sent me to Diabetic schools, one that taught us what Diabetes is and how best to treat and live with it. Other physician taught nutrition, mostly low fat eating and the best way to eat as a Diabetic.

What I said. It isn't outcome that the real about A1c Test. You check out this article for information about a person want to know is A1c Test.

How is I Have Cured My Type 2 Diabetes - A1c nearby 5 and general Reading in the Low 80's and No Meds!

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from A1c Test.

One of the things the schools taught me was that Type 2 Diabetes is a progressive disease and things would continue to get worse and worse, so they would continually changes my medications.

Just like the doctors said, as the years went on, my blood sugar went up and up so they increased my meds. Not Satisfied with what I was taught at the schools I went to, I set out to do my own research. Things I learned were a bit scary, like all the drugs have bad side effects, even death as they kill off organs. That once you reach the limit (Maximum Dose) of one drug they have to switch to Other drug until it is no longer useful. They keep this up until they run out of drugs to switch to. This ordinarily happens in 1-20 years. Then there is not much they can do.

I also learned that any blood sugar reading over 140 is harmful and that an midpoint reading of 139= an A1C test of 6.9 that is why you want your A1C under 7.

And that Diabetes has horrible side effects that consist of but not wee to:

Blindness Kidney Failure Liver Failure Amputations Stokes Nerve Damage Heart Attacks Death

If you can keep your blood sugar under 140, your A1C under 7 and keep an active life style you should be fine for a while. But time and Diabetes march on and you can end up with these complications, unless you die from something else before they set in. So the way I see it, the only way to not get any of these complications or dying a slow horrible death was to get rid of this debilitating disease that they said has no cure.

For the last 10 years or more I started reading whatever I could on diabetes. I found out that a cure was advanced and our government paid them 30 million dollars to keep if off the market. Habitancy are being cured of type 2 diabetes every day.

After 10 years of research and many interviews with many doctors and healthcare professionals I have ultimately cured my diabetes.

What do I mean by "I Cured My Diabetes?" Before I was cured, here is what I had.

After 10 years and ultimately reaching my Maximum Dose of Glyburide and Glucophage (metformin) plus Lisinopril for High Blood pressure and Lovastatin for high cholesterol here is where I was at:

I had Morning mg readings of 220-250mg. I have what is called the Dawn Syndrome, which means my blood sugar reading was high in the mornings (dawn) and would come down during the day. Daily I would get my mg down to about 110-120mg My A1C tests were colse to 6.7 to 7.4 (testing twice a year) My blood Pressure was colse to 140' over 90's. My Cholesterol was in the 300's I tired easily. I had bad days where I just did not feel like doing anything, I had low days where my mg was below 70 and I felt real light headed and faint.

Remember all this is while taking the maximum permissible drugs.

Now that I am cured here is where I am.

Morning reading of 80s-90s Daily reading colse to under 100 midpoint reading a round 90 A1C of colse to 4.7 - 5 Blood pressure of 120's over 70's Cholesterol in the 200s
All this without any drugs, no meds of any kind, and with out eating a restrictive diet. I eat a general wholesome diet. I don't workout at gyms or even a home gym, which would be useful to unabridged health, but I am active. Now I have a lot of energy.

I am not a physician or condition care pro in anyway, but with those numbers, I believe it would be hard for whatever to test me and say I have Diabetes. I may still have the basic cause (I don't know) but, any complications I have will be minimized and I should be able to live a full wholesome life.

The best part is, not only did I cure my Diabetes, but my wife, my sister and a incorporate of friend's have also cured their Diabetes with the data from When condition Matters.

Update: Now that I am cured I am eating a general good wholesome diet, at least most of the time, but I do still indulge on things like pancakes, pizza and fried Shrimp! It is so good to be able to eat again.

Update 6-15-08: I had to turn my morning and daily reading as for the last month or so I have been in the 80;s morning and afternoons. My condition just keeps getting better.

I know I have not found a cure for all diabetics but for me I have found the exact combination. If you are type 2 and want to improve your condition and maybe eliminate all your signs of diabetes then please go to my website. I have dedicated it to enhancing condition and eliminating Diabetes.

Ps: I am not a slick salesman or a real author with huge publisher behind me, I am just a truck drive that cured his diabetes.but I feel this data is invaluable and whatever that has diabetes or knows whatever with diabetes should get this information.

Ps: 7-15-08. I just received my first ever 2 year Dot medical. As a market driver with Diabetes I was required to have and pass a Dot corporeal every year. Well for the first time in over 10 years I have passed my 2 year corporeal as I have cured my Diabetes and it says so right on my Dot corporeal form which you can see at http://www.whenhealthmatters.com/diabetic-news.html.

Do you know about - What is a Normal Blood Pressure Reading?

Cholesterol Ranges! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

You can get a blood pressure reading with various blood pressure monitors. These include a wrist monitor, an ambulatory blood pressure monitor, or the good old fashioned kind complete with inflatable ball and mercury bubble. No matter which monitor you use, however, a normal blood pressure reading will always fall within a certain range.

What I said. It is not outcome that the true about Cholesterol Ranges. You read this article for information on that need to know is Cholesterol Ranges.

How is What is a Normal Blood Pressure Reading?

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Cholesterol Ranges.

Normal Reading

To understand what makes up a normal blood pressure reading, it's important to know what blood pressure is. The heart pumps blood through the four heart chambers and into major arteries that transport blood throughout the body via the circulatory system. Each time the heart muscle contracts, it creates pressure known as systolic blood pressure. This pressure is measured to produce the first numbers got through a blood pressure reading. When the heart muscle relaxes, between beats, is the moment that systolic blood pressure can be measured.

For most healthy people, blood pressure falls within a certain range. Those who suffer from stress, high cholesterol or obesity often have increased heart rates that are known as high blood pressure. On the other end of the range, some people also suffer from low blood pressure, but this is almost always because of illness or blood loss. Extremely low blood pressure can cause shock and in the end, death.

Blood Pressure Range

A normal blood pressure reading almost always falls within the 120 to 130 beats per minute range. If someone is in excellent physical condition, the heart rate will beat at 120 or less beats per minute, systolic pressure. The diastolic pressure in a normal blood pressure reading will be between 80 -90 beats per minute. You may see a normal blood pressure reading written as 124/84, for example.

An even better normal blood pressure reading is anything under 120 and less than 80, like 118/78, for example. This reading points to the normal blood pressure reading of a normal, active adult. Some adults have blood pressure readings that are a little higher than normal for the general population, but not for them. A high, though still normal blood pressure reading, may measure from 130-139 for systolic pressure to 85-89 for diastolic.

Blood Pressure in Children

Children will display different blood pressure readings. A normal blood pressure reading for young children, those between 3 and 5 for example, are around 116/76. A young teenager may show a normal blood pressure reading of around 136/86. Children between these ages can show a normal blood pressure reading of between 122 and 136 for systolic pressure and 78-90 diastolic pressures.

Something to remember is that children have normal blood pressures in ranges that are lower than adults. But even so, a child is at as much risk of developing high blood pressure as an adult if lacking proper diet and exercise. High risk children also include those suffering from medical conditions or those taking medications that may raise blood pressure.

Remember that no one's blood pressure is always the same. Sometimes, readings showing a high blood pressure may result from stress, illness or even anger. Knowing what a normal blood pressure reading is will help you see blood pressure readings that are not so normal.

I hope you receive new knowledge about Cholesterol Ranges. Where you may offer use within your day-to-day life. And most of all, your reaction is Cholesterol Ranges.

Do you know about - Normal Blood Pressure Reading Know-How

Cholesterol Ranges! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

So you want to know what your normal blood pressure reading is. The next time you visit the
doctor, you ask the nurse's aide to tell you. That is after she finishes putting the cuff on your arm,
pumping it until you think your arm is going to explode, and then she rattles off a number...
124/86. Well, that is fine, but what does that mean?

What I said. It shouldn't be the actual final outcome that the real about Cholesterol Ranges. You see this article for info on what you want to know is Cholesterol Ranges.

How is Normal Blood Pressure Reading Know-How

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Cholesterol Ranges.

A blood pressure reading measures the pumping action of the heart. The first number is a reading
of the systolic pressure, or the pressure exerted by your heart to pump oxygenated blood into the
aorta, the largest blood vessel in the body. This vessel branches off into other, smaller vessels
that oxygenate every organ, tissue and cell in your body. The bottom number, a diastolic
pressure, reads your heart at rest, or between beats.

Blood pressure readings for healthy individuals will usually range around120/80. Some people
may have varying numbers like 124/82 or 126/84 or so. You always get your blood pressure
reading in even numbers, but if someone does give you a reading with an odd number, just round
up to keep things simple. Keep in mind that your age, weight, exercise level and diet may also
have much to do with a blood pressure reading. Some people who exercise a lot and are healthy
have blood pressures hovering around 110 over 70, and that is normal, for them. The same goes
if the numbers are a little higher.

However, a normal blood pressure reading becomes a high blood pressure reading when those
numbers reach around 140/90 or so. There are several different levels typical to high blood
pressure, or hypertension, so speak to your doctor if your levels are over the 126/86 ranges.

It is difficult to pinpoint a single cause for high blood pressure, as many factors usually coincide
to produce the condition. For some, high blood pressure is inherited, and African-Americans
suffer more from high blood pressure, or hypertension, than Caucasians. Medical issues may also
cause a rise in a normal blood pressure reading, so it is a good idea to have your pressure checked
at least periodically. Nearly 65 million Americans suffer from high blood pressure, and countless
others who have not been diagnosed are walking around with the condition without even
realizing it.

As people age, high blood pressure becomes more prevalent. However, preserving a healthy
weight, exercising regularly and eating a well-balanced diet will help to prevent high blood
pressure. Stay away from excess salt, alcohol and high fat diets, and if you smoke, try to quit.
Studies have shown that certain medications may cause high blood pressure, so speak to your
doctor about risks if you are taking certain prescription drugs.

A normal blood pressure reading may not seem like a big deal to many people, but as we grow
older, it may mean the difference between a healthy, active lifestyle, or sitting your later years out
on the bench. Take an active part in your health, especially heart health, and your body, and your
family and friends, will thank you for it.

I hope you will get new knowledge about Cholesterol Ranges. Where you'll be able to put to utilization in your everyday life. And most of all, your reaction is Cholesterol Ranges. Read more.. Normal Blood Pressure Reading Know-How.
